There is no such thing as a “best” camcorder for under $100. None of the camcorders in that price range take video you would want to later watch. If you’re on a really tight budget, I’d suggest going to ebay and looking for something used so that you can get a good quality camcorder at a price you can afford without wasting your $100 on something you won’t be happy with after you buy it.
I would go with the apitek. They have been around for awhile.
