What do you all think of this vido camera (Aiptek)?

here is the link. I am going to use is simply for the purpose of making videos for YouTube, and maybe some occasional digital pics.
Has anyone or does anyone have any experience with this video camera? If so waht is your opinion on it. Thanks!
Well sony ones are good too but it seems fine
Most of these use MP4 files which can’t be imported into free editing software, thus you must by conversion software or paid editing programs to work with them.
They are, however, directly uploadable to Youtube.
Some of the Aipteks don’t have a very fast frame rate.
For Youtube you should have at least 320×200 at 30 FPS
640×400 at 30 FPS would be nice.
True camcorders do 720×480 at 30 FPS and upload via firewire in AVI format which is compatible with all editing software.
These files, however, are too big for YouTube and need to be cut down and compressed into another format like MOV or MPEG
