Video Camera to Webcam?

I have this video camera: MPVR – Media Player & Video Recorder Camcorder (Brand: Aiptek) Code: R-PKDV58
On the website that i got at www.aiptek.com it says that it also works as a mp3, webcam I just want to now how to make it work. (I through the box away)
