The thing is…I can’t load the mp3 file TO THE CAMERA….It’s an Aiptek IS-DV Digital Camcorder….can anyone PLEASE help me???

I have an iMac OS X and I am trying to upload my videos from my Aiptek DV 5900 camera and I can get the pictures but the videos I get but when I try to watch it on Quicktime Player all I here is the sound of the video and a white Screen please help

that is, how do I convert the MPEG-4 video to MPEG-2 so I can burn it onto a DVD. or is there another way around this

just need to send DVD’s to family

My sister got an Aiptek video camera for Christmas, and we’re trying to figure out how to get the mp3 to work. We read the manual and put the mp3 files into the mp3 folder like it said, but afterwards when we try to get the camera to play the songs in mp3 mode, it says “No file found” and won’t play anything. When we plug the camera back into the computer to see if the songs are still there, they are. The mp3 files are still in the mp3 folder, just where they should be. Are we missing something here?
