Sanyo Xacti VPC-E1 6MP Waterproof MPEG4 Camcorder with 5x Optical Zoom

Its the Aiptek IS-DV 5MP MPEG4 Image Stablization Digital Camcorder from target and/or amazon.com

I have a camcorder which produces MPEG-4 files (and won’t produce any other formats) which I can extract on to my PC. However I’m not sure how to best write these files to a DVD so that I can give it to friends to watch. Do I need to convert them? Is there some freeware or paidware software around?

Because i have the mpvr and i like the way it looks and i hate the way it trecords at night.

But today i was in target and i saw the IS-DV2 and i saw on the front it said night shot. is it any good for recording in no/low light because the mvpr sucks.

that is, how do I convert the MPEG-4 video to MPEG-2 so I can burn it onto a DVD. or is there another way around this

just need to send DVD’s to family

i just dont know how 2 turn this thing on…help!!!
