I know it isn’t a popular brand but I’ve read some review and it seems good.

I went to Baby Beach and took some shots, made a slide show, and i put it up on youtube, there where some that i had to much zoom and it would take to long to take them all out so please just endure it

i need to use the camcorder to record a television without a lag or a terrible blur. how do i connect it to a tv using the cables it came with

I have the aiptek is-dv digital camcorder 5 megapixel, And the battery is dead.(previously used) and I do not know how to charge it. There is no plug for a charger.
Only for headphones, USB and TV/out.
So if there is a seperate consule to charge the battery alone, Please let me know, thanks.

HQRP Battery Charger for Aiptek IS-DV / ISDV DZO-V37 Camcorder Replacement plus HQRP LCD Screen Protector

I had about 25 pictures on my Aiptek dv 5700 digital video camera. The photos were taken with the memory card IN. I removed the memory card. When I reinserted it, all the photos/videos were gone and the playback mode indicated that zero photos existed. It’s as if the memory card were erased. How did this happen? Are the pics retrievable? (they are not on the camera’s internal memroy either.)

It’s essentially an all-purpose webcam that can also handle photos and music. It costs around $50. The DXG-595V is a low-cost HD camcorder. It handles video and photos. $170. Here is a comparison of video footage between the 2 camcorders. The IS-dv’s footage is shown in the camera’s highest resolution setting (still low-quality though, so I didn’t bother showing its other resolution), while the 595V’s footage is shown in all of its resolution settings. CORRECTION: The Aiptek’s footage is actually shown in its lowest resolution. Sorry, the menu on that camera makes it seem like it’s the highest, but it’s not. In any case, both of its resolutions are low. If you’re serious about buying a camcorder for its video quality, at a low price, get the 595V. The IS-DV is pretty reliable, but it’s basically just an accessory (makes a great webcam though, if you’re looking for one with lots of features) . PS – Sorry about the novel-length description.
