i have the original driver and have it installed but it wont read the camera either i want to use the web cam for msn messenger

I even went through all the troubleshooting Windows had to offer. The computer simply isn’t recognizing the USB device. I restarted a couple times and followed the directions to the T. Any suggestions???

My Camera wont let me download my pictures on my computer.
I have an older camera its an Aiptek DV 3100.
I don’t see why its not working ive done it before.

Is there anything that you could think of that would be wrong that i could fix?
