T-28 Trojan onboard flight forward view

I took the canopy off of my T-28 and used an Aiptek DV 3100 digital camera onboard. It’s a little heavier than the Aiptek pocketcamx, but that camera no longer exists as the Little Sioux River swallowed it a few weeks ago. I left the pilot in for this flight, but next time I will remove him for a little better camera view. Thanks for watching, and enjoy the flight.

I’m not really sure why I left the pilot in for this flight. He came out pretty easily. I’m all set up for the next flight without him in there, but it was a bit too windy here today for my likings. Stay tuned for the next video coming soon. Thank you for the comment!

Thanks mate! The camera wasn’t going to come off, as I had a number of rubber bands strapped around the canopy. Although the canopy is being held on by a strong magnet, and I was a little worried about that. I worked just fine though. Stay tuned for the next video coming soon without the pilots head in the way.

Thanks Greg. It’s a little heavier than the pocketcam which I lost on the Little Sioux River a couple of weeks ago. I’d like to get another pocketcam, but somebody else bought several of them…lol. (jk)

    Thanks for the comment!

Great job on the video, as usual Jeff. The pilot needs a hole in his head. Maybe he does, I dunno? 5 Stars. Cant wait til next time.

  • Winston51249 says:

You found that out too, huh? You must have taken your canopy off also. I thought the little guy was made out of hard plastic.

    Thanks for the comment.
