my computer keeps dumping pictures off my digital camcorder?
Every time i plug my camcorder in to my computer , it either doesnt respond or if it does respond it erases all the pictures whats wrong with it why does it keep doing that and how can i fix it . I have an Aiptek camera I’m not sure what model exactly.
I don’t know why it’s doing that but……..
If you are talking about stills on your camcorder,
Get a card reader, they are cheap and very handy to use. You would put the card from your camera in the reader and open the reader as a drive in MyComputer, then also open MyDocuments/MyPictures and drag and drop your photos into the file.
After you download your stills you should format your card.
If it needs repair, find an authorized dealer. Go to the manufactuers website. Expect to pay around 150.00 so decide if it’s worth it.
