My Camera wont let me download my pictures on the computer?

I need help
My Camera wont let me download my pictures on my computer.
I have an older camera its an Aiptek DV 3100.
I don’t see why its not working ive done it before.

Is there anything that you could think of that would be wrong that i could fix?
