I just bought an Aiptek P-DVR digital camcorder and my computer is not recognizing it! Techies help!?
I installed the software package and upgraded the drivers a couple times and made sure all my other requirements were taken care of. I even went through all the troubleshooting Windows had to offer. The computer simply isn’t recognizing the USB device. I restarted a couple times and followed the directions to the T. Any suggestions???
Install the drivers/software before you connect the aiptek to the computer. If that doesn’t work, download drivers from aiptek’s website and try. Try on another computer if it doesn’t work either.
