i have a Aiptek DigitalCamcorder with 2.4″ Color LCD-Blue and i dont know how to get videos on to my computer?

i have a Aiptek – Digital Camcorder with 2.4″ Color LCD – Blueand i dnt know how i am supposed to get videos onto my computer. i have tried the disk and what not its just not work.can anyone tell me how to get it to work?

    You should be able to use a USB or Firewire cable to connect your camcorder to your computer.
