Upon review: on page 18:

Before taking a still picture, you can set to use the flash strobe if the lighting is not
sufficient for your shooting environment.
Pressing the Left ( ) button repeatedly will
switch the flash mode in the following order:
Off Auto Off.

There are 23 other instances of the word flash in the manual. Since you haven’t said in what situation you need instructions I refer you to review the manual.
