The Aiptek handled the screen better than my Digital8 but the sync goes haywire and painful editing must be used to “try’ and mend it. — ASF files aren’t meant for editing due to their use of timestamping. ASF files do not use actual frames for data in it’s container. Frame values must be guessed by whatever program you use to interpret them. Reencoding them may not work out if the original file is messed up to begin with.
