We recently got a Aiptek Pocket DV 5100m camcorder, and we just installed the software. But whenever we try to hook up the camera it says “Failure to connect device”. Please help!

Me trying out my new Aiptek pocket camcorder just outside Tesco in Hayes / Southall.

Its a aiptek pocket DV 11 1.3M camcord the cd it came with won’t work in my computer. I took drivers from computer web site and it still don’t have a web cam connection. I don’t know what to do i got win98 it should work. I hope someone can help me.
