Best program for editing videos?
What is the best program for editing videos im talking about like doing the same video in like 4 different frames,speeding up the videos in some parts of it slowing some parts down? I have an aiptek digital camcorder the video type can be VGA, QVGA, or D1 and i also want to be able to edit stuff out from it and be able to do the credits thing

For Windows, AVID.
For Macintosh, FinalCut Pro 2
“Best” is subjective, but I’d use Sony’s Vegas Movie Studio. If you want the speed to change continuously, rather than having different clips run at different speeds, you’ll need velocity envelopes and that means using Vegas.
